When I was invited to sample the work of Brahm Mauer, I saw all the possibilities. They take mixology to a new level. Aside from basic bar service, they’ve created an assortment of signature cocktails, including over 200 specialty Martinis. Each colourful drink had imprints of its own unique potential. Some were layered with bright colours; great to display at a drink station. They can complement some aspect of your wedding such as the distinct shade of your bridesmaids’ dresses. Others offered a splash of colour, a perfect complement to a specific wedding palette. Then there was the fabulous ‘Champ-tini’— wonderful for a champagne theme.
